Step 1. Click "Add File" on the tool bar to add 3GP videos to the program.

After importing the 3GP files, click to preview the video in the left preview window and you can take snap shot with this player.

Step 2. Trim the files as you want.

Click to open the edit window to trim any video clips.

Drag below the Preview Windows to mark the beginning of your clip and drag to mark the end of your clip during the preview. Then click the "OK" button at the right bottom to save the changes and the trimmed file will be added to the file list.

TIP: If you want to merge the selected contents into one file you can click the button at the bottom of the file list. As default the merged file is named as Merge.

Step 3. Set the output settings

You can set the output settings for the selected file in this area.

You can select the Audio Track and Subtitle for the converted files.

Profile: Click the double-sided arrow of Profile to choose the MP3 as output format.

Destination: Click to specify folder on your Mac to save the converted movie.
